Prize Hours:  Monday-Friday from 10AM-5:30PM
 
We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.  Prize pick-up is also often not open the afternoon prior to a holiday.  Feel free to call us to check at 301-468-1800.  Be sure to bring a photo ID with you to collect your prize.  Note: If you have any trouble getting into the building after 5:30pm, come in through the restaurant on the ground floor. If there is an extreme circumstance and you would like your prize mailed to you, or you would like to have a friend or family member to claim your prize for you, please contact our Assistant Promotions Director for special instructions at 301-468-1800.   
 
From Virginia:
Take 495 North to 270 North.  Get off at exit 4-A Montrose Road (East).  Follow Montrose Road to Jefferson.  Make a left on Jefferson (there is a light).  Turn right at light on Rollins Ave.  Just before you come to Rockville Pike, make a left into the gas station.  We are next to the Vitamin Shop in the pink high-rise building.  Take a left into the garage.
 
From Maryland:
Take 495 West to 355 North/Rockville Pike.  Go past White Flint Mall and Montrose Road.  About a mile after Montrose, look for Rollins Ave-(it's a small street after a large shopping center).  Turn left on Rollins Ave and then take a right immediatly into the gas station.  We are next to the Vitamin Shop in the pink high-rise building.  Take a left into the garage.
 
From Washington, D.C.:
There are many ways to get here from our Nation’s Capital.  We’ll offer you one and you determine the best way.   Come up Wisconsin Avenue through Bethesda.  It turns into Rockville Pike.  Go past White Flint Mall and then pass Montrose Road.  About a mile after Montrose, look for Rollins Ave – (it’s a small street after a large Shopping Center).  Turn left on Rollins Avenue and  take a right immediately into the gas station.  We are next to the Vitamin Shop in the pink high-rise building.  Take a left into the garage.
 
Via Metro:
Take the Red line to Twinbrook.  Walk straight ahead to the left of the building in front of you.  We're in the pink high-rise building across the street.  Come to the 6th floor, we're about a three minute walk from the metro.
