Brian MayRonnie WoodVan MorrisonJohn OatesAlbert LeeMicky DolenzJeff "Skunk" Baxter and others gathered together Sunday night to jam alongside one time Elvis Presley guitarist James Burton at the James Burton and Friends concert at the London Palladium.

Highlights included May doing "Suzie Q" with Woody and Burton; and Woody joining Van Morrison for "Worried Man Blues."

At the end of the show, May brought out a special guest who he invited, 11-year-old guitarist Harry Churchill, who he raved about last month following his performance on Britain's Got Talent.

“Ladies and gentlemen, rock is a river," said May. "You've seen the river flow tonight – three or four generations all inspired by the amazing James Burton.”

They closed it out with Chuck Berry's "Johnny B Goode."
