If you love pets then you know what it feels like to visit a shelter and wish you could take home every dog, cat, bird, guinea pig and whatever. No one likes to see pets that have either never had a home or had their previous owners abandon them.
A video clip shared to Twitter has gone viral, showing a dog named Walter meeting his new owner after finally being adopted. You can almost feel how grateful Walter is to finally get out of the shelter as he stares into his new owner's eyes unrelenting with love.
Dogs are the best.
